We support a wide range of field services including instrumentation calibration, installation and repair. Our in-house repair shop and field technicians are ready to assist you at any time. For service, please call to schedule a time and date for a field tech to visit your facility. For our in-house repair service, please contact our office for a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA), or for your convenience, you may download and fill out our on-line RMA request form and fax to (562) 494 1066.
For equipment calibration (i.e.: sensors, meters, etc) please download and fill out the Calibration Questionnaire form and fax it to (562) 494 1066. Our field techs will review and contact you promptly. |
