  AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE REGULATION
The WBC-HCC is a 30 gpm water delivery system which features automatic mixing of hot cold water with city water to produce the desired batch water temperature.

The WBC is available in 3 configurations. The WBC-HCC is a 3 stream system mixing hot or cold water with city water. The WBC-HC and the WBC-CC are 2 stream units for mixing hot water with city water or cold water with city water, respectively.

The WBC system can be configured to divert to drain at batch start to establish the desired temperature and flow rate prior to delivery of the water to the mixer. If initial delivery to drain is not desired, WBC can memorize the correct start position for the control valves by running test batches at the required batch temperatures. the system will then start with the stored settings and deliver directly to the mixer with out loss of water to the drain. In this mode or the start to drain mode, the system will continually update it;s database of "memorized settings" to produce the most accurate start-up delivery possible. With the addition of down stream delivery valves, multiple mixers can be serviced by the WBC. program features are available which will allow each mixer's delivery quantity and temperature to be configured independently. In this mode, a start button for each mixer will initiate the delivery. Mixers will be served in the order that the start request was received.
