HISTORY
Originally founded as the Smith-Jesse Company in 1964, S.J.
Controls has always been involved in the control of liquids. Nearly 20 years ago,
we chose to "specialize" in systems for the food and beverage
industry.
We continued growing and evolving with product lines and
services directed at the requirements of the chemical, petroleum, food and beverage
industries. To meet the needs of the rapidly growing beverage industry, we
began manufacturing custom control panels and automated systems. S.J. continues to
expand its expertise into all aspects of the process industry.
TODAY
Our staff consists of highly trained and experienced electrical, chemical and software
engineers, liquid measurement specialists, office staff and management personnel. We
are dedicated to supplying quality services and equipment.
The S.J. approach to system design and implementation is based
upon a complete understanding of the process requirements. During preliminary
stages of the project we work closely with plant personnel to ensure that the control
system and mechanical design will provide the customer with precisely what is
required. Our systems experience insures that all critical points of control and system design are addressed.
